You Do Not Have To Navigate Mental Health Challenges Alone

Many veterans seek mental health support when they notice:

Persistent anxiety, hypervigilance, or difficulty relaxing

Trouble sleeping, recurring memories, or feeling constantly on edge

Difficulty adjusting to civilian life, work, or relationships

Anger, irritability, or emotional numbness that feels hard to control

Challenges concentrating or staying present

At Insight Therapy and Wellness, we understand that the transition after service can come with complex emotional and psychological challenges. Our goal is to provide respectful, supportive, and evidence-based care that helps veterans move forward with greater stability and clarity.

Care That Respects Your Experience

Mental health care for veterans should feel safe, collaborative, and understanding of your background.

Our providers take time to:

  • Conduct thoughtful mental health evaluations
  • Understand your military experience and how it may affect your current symptoms
  • Discuss treatment options including therapy and medication when appropriate
  • Create personalized care plans that support long-term progress
  • Monitor treatment carefully and adjust as needed
  • Coordinate care with other providers when helpful

Because we offer therapy, psychiatric services, and psychological evaluations within one practice, your care can remain coordinated and comprehensive.

Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing care after working with the VA, our team works to meet you where you are.

Thoughtful, Modern Psychiatric Care

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing medication management for children, teens, and adults across the lifespan. We treat conditions including:

We stay up to date on current research and evolving treatment standards so your care reflects modern, evidence-based psychiatry instead of outdated approaches. Our prescribers collaborate with our psychologists and therapists as needed to provide you with the most comprehensive and informed care.

Insight Therapy and Wellness is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and accredited by The Joint Commission. This means we meet rigorous standards for safety, ethics, and quality of care while maintaining a private practice feel.
